Minimum Order Requirement:
We have no minimum order requirements. There will be a $5.00 handling charge for all order under $50.00

Payment Terms:
All orders are C.O.D. cash or net 30 days with approved credit. Company checks will not be accepted until trade references and bank information have been processed and evaluated. Accounts will be placed on collection after 90 days past due. All court charges and attorney fees will be added to the account. Title to any merchandise remains with Nemesis Distributors, Inc. until paid in full. Past due accounts will be charged 1.5% finance charge.

Returned Checks:
A $25.00 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks. Any check no paid within 15 days will be referred to collection.

Warranty:
All merchandise is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Returns and Exchanges:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days. Authorization is required for all returns. Returned merchandise must be complete and in its original box. Do not use manufacturer's box as shipping carton. Shipping charges incurred are responsibility of the purchaser. Refused order are subject to 15% restocking charge.

Freight Terms:
All items are shipped F.O.B. Miami.

Non-Exchangable Items: 
Canon cartridges, drums, and toners; Casio calculators; Lexmark typewriters; Nakajima products; Panasonic faxes and typewriters; Sanyo cash registers and dictation equipment; Sharp calculators, cash registers and copiers; and all supplies and refurbished products. Manufacturers do not allow any replacement for this merchandise. The item must be sent directly to a service center for repair.
